Restore a Layer State

You can save multiple sets of layer states in your drawing. Here, you turn off the layers in the
FURNITURE layer group filter, and then you save the layer state.
1. In the Layer Properties Manager, in the tree view, select the FURNITURE group
filter, right-click, and on the shortcut menu, click Visibility > Off.
In the list view, all layers in the FURNITURE group filter are now turned off.
2. Click Apply to turn off the FURNITURE group filter layers in your drawing.
Next, you save the current layer state.
3. In the Layer Properties Manager, click the Layer States Manager button (the third
button in the upper-left corner of the Layer Properties Manager).
4. In the Layer States Manager, click New.
5. In the New Layer State to Save dialog box, under New Layer State Name, enter
NOFURNITURE, and then click OK.
6. In the Layer States Manager, under Layer Settings to Restore, click Select All to
select all of the settings.
When you create a new layer state, only the settings that are selected are saved (and
restored) with the layer state.
7. In the Layer States Manager, click Close to return to the Layer Properties
Manager.
Do not close the Layer Properties Manager.
